Come and Join the G4C at a site tour of the OCTAGON!

When completed, this skyscraper will sit at 155m tall, becoming the tallest building in Birmingham. The Octagon is the first pure octagonal high rise residential building in the world and is considered to be one of the most influential buildings within the city centre of Birmingham. Don’t miss this opportunity for a ‘boots on the ground’ tour during its construction!

PLEASE NOTE: all attendees must bring their own PPE – hart hat, high vis and steel toe cap boots. Please do not book a ticket if you cannot supply your own PPE as you will not be allowed onto the Octagon construction site.

Meeting Point: ARUP Reception @ 8am

8.00 – Meet at ARUP Ground floor for breakfast

8:30 – Walk over to the Octagon for site visit

10:00 – Site visit finishes at Octagon, option to go back to ARUP and network.

10:30 – Event ends.

Breakfast will be hosted at ARUPs offices on the ground floor at One Centenary square from 8:00-8:30, from where we will walk over together to the Octagon for our site tour.
