Guest Speaker – Robbie Blackhurst | Founder and Director | Procure Partnerships Framework
Robbie founded the Procure Partnerships Framework to support public sector bodies to procure both contractors and professional services partners. The Procure Partnerships Framework is divided regionally, supporting the framework values of local delivery with national governance.
Robbie built the framework to ensure it pushes the boundaries of how procurement can support public sector bodies to deliver their strategic targets.
The framework was established through Robbie’s experience and detailed analysis and research of procurement options across the UK, the Procure Partnerships framework offering is flexible yet robust, whilst providing clients with demonstrable value for money both in fees and project out turn costs.
