Nora has a 25 year career in the built environment and is an accomplished account leader and programme manager with global experience in leading the planning and delivery of complex commercial programmes.
She also has strong experience in both the design and implementation of business transformation across a wide number of clients and sectors.
Nora’s current role is Director of Clients & Business Development Places and her session will encourage you to understand the challenges of change management.
