CANCELLED – The Industry’s Challenges, Disagreements, Disputes and their Resolution

What the construction industry builds is very complex and often innovative. This requires a large number of specialists, not only in design but also in the process of the construction of the specialist elements of a whole project. The construction process involves many individual contracts with the individual specialist designers and/or contractors. The focal point will be the organisation which is managing and coordinating everyone. The number of individual contracts inevitably leads to disagreements.
Join Keith Blizzard, Director of Blizzards Limited and an experienced party representative and arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator as he takes a broad overview to look at how those disagreements may be resolved amicably, or not so amicably, using the various forms of dispute resolution.
The talk will be followed by a panel discussion where Keith will be joined by Daniel Barchet of Weightmans and Ian Allerston of DHA architects.
