Arran Summerfield, of Bespoke Construction Services, will provide a site tour of the Elevate Price Street development and explain how the scheme went from planning to a spade in the ground.

The scheme includes the restoration of the existing, locally-listed, Gunsmith House. Once completed the scheme will be three apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and alongside its restoration, Bespoke are also constructing 82 apartments in three adjacent linked blocks of three four and five storeys including basement duplex’s.

The multi-million pound project is Elevate Property Group’s tenth scheme in Birmingham alone.

After the tour there will  be refreshments and a talk from Arran about Gunsmith house.
