HAWCE – Commercial Property: EPCs, Low Carbon and Energy Performance
Our February 2024 event will be valuable to all designers, contractors, building owners involved with commercial buildings, as we look at the challenges and opportunities associated with lowering carbon and energy performance.
The talk will focus on Improving EPCs in Existing Non-Domestic Buildings, MEES Regulations, an Introduction to NABERS UK (for offices), and Targeting Net Zero.

Glen is a chartered building services engineer and member of CIBSE. With 39 years’ experience, founded on building services consultancy and main contractor roles, Glen has a passion for sustainability, building optimisation, Soft Landings, customer after-care, seasonal commissioning and building performance evaluations on operational buildings. He is a BREEAM Accredited Professional and is one of only 11 members of the NABERS UK Independent Design Reviewer panel. Glen brings a strong concepts design ability to the early stages of projects and draws on his main contractor experience to ensure that proposals are
sustainable, buildable, and cost effective.
