Hosted by Shropshire Constructing Excellence, part of Constructing Excellence Midlands, the event will explore the impact of the Procurement Act 2023, which came into force in February and represents the most significant reform of how councils award contracts in a generation.

The event is a networking opportunity to talk to like-minded businesses about how best to approach Local Authority tenders now that social value is taking centre stage in the decision-making process.
