Wellbeing in Construction: Walk, talk and breakfast with Dr Brendon Stubbs
Browne Jacobson is running an event in collaboration with The Midlands Lighthouse Charity in Birmingham on 19 March, focused on wellbeing in construction.
Featuring insights from leading specialist Dr Brendon Stubbs, this engaging session combines a short talk, a guided walk, and a relaxed breakfast conversation focused on the real wellbeing challenges facing the industry today.
We are delighted to welcome Dr Brendon Stubbs, an internationally recognised researcher and practitioner in mental health, physical activity, and workplace wellbeing. Dr Stubbs will open the session with a practical talk on the pressures facing the construction industry and evidence-based strategies for improving mental and physical resilience.
Following the talk, we will take a gentle guided walk to experience the benefits of movement first hand, before returning for informal discussion and networking. This is a valuable opportunity to connect with peers, share experiences, and explore how we can foster healthier, more sustainable working environments within construction.
