Come and hear about the projects which Worcester City Council has in store including the latest on the Scala Performing Arts Venue and the regeneration of Shrub Hill.

Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor with over 40 years’ experience of local government property services and regeneration. After leaving Wolverhampton where he had worked on projects such as i54 and Bilston Urban Village, he joined Worcester City Council in 2018 to set up and lead a new Property and Asset Management team.
His role has developed as new funding initiatives have become available to the City and Kevin will be talking about the Council’s Future High Street and Towns Fund projects including the latest on the Scala Performing Arts Venue and the regeneration of Shrub Hill.
